We will help you shape the enquiry

LENs will review the information you send and use it to prepare for a conversation with you. We may ask a few initial questions so that the right people are involved.

On the call, we can talk through what is happening, the questions that need answering and the people the work needs to involve. We will then consider the most suitable service or combination of services.

If there is a good fit, LENs will put the proposed scope in writing. This will set out what we have understood, what we recommend, what is included, responsibilities and the outputs to be provided.
