At LENs (Lived Experience Network), we are a pioneering, lived experience-led organisation, dedicated to reshaping health and social care by embedding the voices of those with lived experience into the heart of service delivery. Our team is comprised of individuals with personal insights into mental health, learning disabilities, and other areas of care, collaborating with professionals to enhance co-production and independent feedback.

We believe that lived experience offers an invaluable perspective, acting as a transformative force to improve care standards. By empowering individuals who have been on the receiving end of services, we ensure that their insights are not just heard but actively influence and shape the care landscape.
